Developer Sales
There are currently a number of spectacular view sites available, directly from the developer. This saves you having to pay transfer duties and for good measure Oubaai has thrown in a family membership with each property. All developer properties have a three year build time limit – allowing ample time to plan your dream home.

Re-sales
We have a number of re-sales available from existing owners within the estate. Re-sales normally carry transfer duties unless the seller is VAT registered.
Should one purchase a re-sale building would have to take place in a short space of time. Some re-sales have attached memberships but each re-sale would be negotiated on it’s own merit.
Homes available
Oubaai has some spectacular homes available for sale. Prices vary from around R 4 million to as high as R 25 million. Obviously dependent on size, location and finishing within the homes.
