View Finishes:
The floor and walls of the flats will be finished as follows:
Wall finishes
Interior walls will be plastered with a double layer and then painted with Acrylic PVA paint, except in the bathrooms and kitchens where the walls will be tiled to ceiling with tiles chosen by the purchaser (Tile choice from samples on site or similar approved).
Floor finishes
Bedrooms will be carpeted in accordance with the purchaser’s choice from samples on site (or similar approved).

Living Rooms, Dining Rooms, Passages, Bathrooms, Balconies and Kitchens will be tiled in accordance with the purchaser’s choice from samples on site.
CEILINGS
Rhino board suspended ceilings below concrete. Skimmed soffits to certain areas.
SANITARY WARE
The following will be provided and installed (Colour - white)
4.1 Bath: Spa bath or similar approved
4.2 Toilet: Vaal Potteries Aquasave WC and cistern or similar approved
4.3 Hand basin: Vaal Potteries “Hibiscus” WHB complete or similar approved
4.4 Sink: Daphne Curveline double kitchen sink or similar approved
4.5 Shower doors: Aluminium shower doors with clear glass
4.6 Taps: Hans Grohe or similar approved
WINDOWS
Windows will consist of glass curtain walling and aluminium frame construction and splinter proof laminated safety glass.
DOORS
Sliding/Folding doors to balcony will consist of an aluminium frame construction with shatterproof laminated safety glass.
Front doors will be aluminium in aluminium frame.Interior doors will be painted flat-surface doors in a painted timber doorframe with door handles and locks (R400 per set allowed) as per sample or similar approved.
LIGHT FITTINGS
As per Electrical Engineer.
As per samples on site or similar approved.
ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES
Pre-paid Electrical meters will be provided.
250 L hot water cylinder will be provided for each unit.
SECURITY
All flats will be provided with electronic access control and security intercom system.
TV INSTALLATION
TV Aerial installation will be serviced from a satellite dish, which will provide the purchaser with the option of connecting to international networks and broadcasts.
JOINERY WORK
Super deluxe Kitchen with granite tops and postformed doors built-in ovens, hobs and extractor hoods to owner’s choice. R35 000 allowed per kitchen.
All wall units go up to ceiling.Ample built in cupboards with postformed doors. Adequate shelves and hanging rails will be provided to bedrooms.Bathrooms to have granite vanity slabs with cupboards under.
